Return and refunds

We offer a refund on unopened unused with their original packing products purchased within 14 day. You must enclose a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase. Return shipping charges will not be refunded

Damaged goods

We at Winners Choice wish you to have the best shopping experience so please tell us if our products are not to the standard you expected or have arrived damaged so that we can resolve it for you. Contact us by email at wcpetproducts@gmail.com or by telephone - 01945440023.

You will need take a photograph of damaged goods and email us. Any claims which are not notified within 2 days cannot be credited.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us requesting a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched by 2 pm the same day or next working day if ordered after 2 pm.
